I ordered these back in December and received them on December 7th, I installed them on my boat same day and was back in the water. I took a few fishing trips and everything seemed great! Today, less than 90 days later, I was using my boat out hunting and when I made it back to the dock, when to put my throttle in neutral. I was still moving forward. I put it in reverse and attempted to slow down as I approached the dock, Instead I only sped up towards the dock! I was stuck in forward! I turned my motor off and began to look into the issue. Looked down at my control box and the shift cable was broken! Thank goodness this happened at the dock, I was outraged. After running through narrow canals, I would have been screwed if it had happened while I was out. These cables lasted all of 5 outings.
