I run multiple enclosures for my light shows and I use these on the panel boxes so I can just run an extension cord to it plug the box in and there's power inside. Most of the ones that I have I have to hardwire my own stuff, but I needed one that I could just plug something into for my Halloween show. This one actually just has a plug on the inside so you can either just quickly plug-in a power strip or whatever it is you wanna plug into it. It fits nicely and it's the same dimensions as my other ones so my whole saw was the right size automatica
