These will give you excellent turning with no binding. Also they are pretty beefy and feel strong. I've bought a few sets now and have had no problems. I use stock axles and Dremel them out to get better steering angle and these allow you to use it all without binding.

I was curious if the u-joints/CVD for the SCX24 would fit on the Racent 1/24 Crawler.Every important section of the on the u-joint axle up to the hex hub pin hole lines up with the stock Racent. After the pin hole is where it's slightly shorter by about 1mm not giving enough threads for the lock nuts. Switching to a stock offset SCX24 hex hub fixed that.The u-joint section interferes with the plastic Racent axle housing. A dremel or manual filing on the plastic axle housing to open up for clearance is needed.No sure if the other style CVD with the sleeve that holds in the pin in needs the housing modifications, but expect it.Steering radius amazing now. I can now go full steering lock to lock until the steering linkage hits the gear cover and the front axles won't bind.
