work great for my speedplay zero pedals. I thought the "quick release" design was kinda hocus pocus, but it works great. I am very happy with these vs name brand that are 4x as expensive. The included screw threaded right into my shoes and I had them installed in no time at all.

While they work, like anohte reviewer, I too think they are more difficult to clip in and out of which can be dangerous. I also had trouble getting one of the covers to stay on - it has now fallen off and is lost as well.

I was hopeful for these because at their root, they look identical to the old cleats I was replacing on some Sidi shoes I have. But my experience with them is they are enormously hard to clip into and clip out of.I also note that despite how they otherwise look identical to my old cleats the metal of these is thinner. I didn't put a micrometer on them but you can just eyeball it and see that the metal is not quite as substantial.I'll be keeping them though because I figure at least the cleat covers should work fine on another set of shoes when the covers wear out on them.Oh, and since I was setting these up on shoes that already had cleats for Speedplays I had the base that would accommodate these. But the base nor any shims comes with this product so just be prepared that you need to have the right kind of shoe to accept these cleats.Overall: disappointing.

Needed a cost effective replacement for my SpeedPlay peddles , and this was perfect !!! Great quality , great fit and finish , and at a much lower price point then SpeedPlay cleats !!! WIN WIN WIN !!!!
