Doesn’t make a high pitch whistle doesn’t fase my dog which is hard hearing and I thought it would help me to retrieve him.

It would be nice if it came with instructions, on how to adjust the sound.Why do I hear it. And no mater where I turn the slide my dog has no reaction!!!!!!!

Have used it a couple of times to quiet a neighbor's dog that woke me up. Seems to work okay. Good price, fast delivery.
