This piece was not true to size and did not fit. The part required. Even after extensive research and sizing. I would not recommend or order again.

This Item was plasma cut, leaving rough edges on the inside diameter, where it was cut for a keyway. By design, this item needs to be a precise fit. I was able to clean up the plasma slag with a barrel sanding disc on my drill press, but unfortunately the critical tolerances were still way off. The inside diameter, which should have been 1", were in actuality .850. There is no way to fit a 1" shaft into a .850 hole. Furthermore, the key that they supplied did not fit in their own sleeve, nor did it fit into the keyway of the shaft on my application. Therefore, this item was completely un-usable.

The part looked okay and the price was attractive, but then the truth came out. There was a bad burr on the inside diameter that I removed with de-burring blade and a round file. Now the part was mine since I had tampered with it. The inside diameter was too small and the outside diameter about .015" too large. I pressed the adapter into the 1 1/8 " hub, and it slid in. I hadn't realized how small the inside diameter was until I tried to install the hub on the shaft,............No Way! The key sent with was a joke. It came nowhere near a 1/4" key, nearer to .200".It was a totally bad experience. No matter how badly you need a part, don't order from these guys. They don't care about the customer at all and their quality contol staff doesn't check the stuff they sell.

Was able to convert my electric clutch pulleys to new engine that has different size crankshaft and didnt have to spent 400 bucks extra, went to machine shop(a friend owns) and they couldn't even get the material for this cheap let alone the hassle in making it
