I received the ribbon within three days of ordering. They were very fast considering it's shipped from the company and not Amazon. I also ordered gray before and had the same great experience. The color gray was perfect but the pink was definitely hot pink which I expected since that was the description but I was hoping for a dark pink. Not to worry because I made it work for my ribbon and lace banner. It turned out so cute!
