I bought these to replace the straps that came with a solar wifi trail cam that I had to install in my yard to record the jacklegs that keep running over my mailbox backing out of the AirBnB across the street. The ones with the plastic clasps didn't hold up. When it was so cold down here in Georgia in early January caused them to snap when I tightened the straps very tight. It was rainy, cold and windy and I didn't want them to slip. I bought these. I bought these with the Alloy buckles as they would be lightweight. Easy to use and the buckles held up very well so far. You can tell the stress from the straps being tight will not affect the performance.I would recommend these to anyone needing quality straps.
