I would leave zero stars if I could. This didn’t fit my motorcycle so I sent it back. I was charged a 50% restocking fee, I messaged the seller to be told there were parts missing. I personally packaged everything back up, so I know everything was in there.

Very easy install, just unscrew the two seat bolts. Place bracket onto bike, replace the screws and your done.Just be careful of the nut you tighten down the back rest. as reported its not tow well attached.

I bought this for my 2012 Softail Deluxe. Had to remove the main seat accent bar to fit. Absolutely love this back rest! Best 70 bucks I ever spent! The grub nut that holds the upright support to the bracket is a bit under par but mine seems to be fine as far as the previous comments state. If it ever fails I will drill and install a nut and bolt. All in all it is a phenominal seat for the money! Nice high stance making my bike feel like a driving couch! Even if this seat came in damaged wich it did not again the welded nut in previous complaints it is a simple fix and still worth every penny!

I’ve tried a couple back rests before this one and they were Mickey Mouse to say the least...this one actually works and is strong enough to lean against....just don’t over tighten the set screw that adjusts the depth...it’s not going anywhere anyway so snug it as I did....I recommend this backrest and I am happy with mine...I want to add that after a couple weeks use the set screw nut weld did break. I drilled through the bracket and back rest attachment and secured it with a 5/16-18 bolt and nut. Works great now. Manufacturer should have attached it in this manner to begin with. I recommend if you purchase this backrest drill and bolt it before you mount it and save yourself the trouble of repair after mounting. The nut will come loose no matter how tight or loose you try to secure it. Just wanted to update my review as not to mis-lead anyone.

Fits on original bolts however the replacement part supplied for the bolts are a smaller gauge bolt and could be 1/4 inch longer to couple with other addons like leather fender cover.Otherwise I am happy with the product and the result in rider comfort.

Garbage it doesn’t even fix , keeps moving with no bolt to hold it , I have wasted full money and would definately throw this in garbage

So far I like it. Should be more comfortable on long trips. Fit my '17 softail just fine. No instructions, but not hard to figure it out. Looks great.The nut holding the adjustment screw did break loose, as it had light tack welds, but I did reinforce the welds before it broke totally off. Still, I do recommend this backrest.

Bought for a 17 Heritage. I am a little disappointed it's not adjustable but I wasn't really looking for that when I purchased it, more of an afterthought. Easy to install and a much better price than most of what's out there. It's cheaper to buy a solo seat and a separate backrest than it is to buy one that's integrated. And it looks nice.

1st one I bought broke a “weld” that holds the nut for the set screw that locks the seat back. Before it broke I did get to sit on it once and it was comfortable. Returned that one for a replacement, was careful when I tightened the set screw. Sat down, leaned back and ‘SNAP’! Same weld, different backrest.
