Made of a very soft silicone material. Even though I think this is actually designed to be used to make chocolate novelties, I like to make fun guitar shaped ice cubes with it.Cubes are easy to remove and it is easy to clean. It seems to be dishwasher safe as well.

Update: after using it for my soap, I wish that all of the guitars had shorter necks. They were very difficult to unmold, and some broke. The short one works extremely well and turned out so cute!!I love this little mold. It is the cutest. The cavities are not too thin, and it’s a good quality. I have used these often, and know that the finished product will be easy to remove, but will definitely hold its shape while drying. I am planning on making soap imbeds that look like guitars. I can’t wait to use it!

This is a cute silicone mold with a variety of guitars - acoustic and electric - that will make adorable chocolate treats for my guitar loving family. Each guitar will be about 3" long and just short of 1/2" deep so it won't take too much chocolate to make them all.I like that the mold is rated for a temperature range from -40 to +446 F degrees so I can use it to make ice cubes in the summer, chocolate in the spring, and cookies whenever! There is a minimum of detail that will show up in the molded items so I plan to finish them with piped strings in a contrasting color.Cute, reasonable thickness, and just the surprise shapes I was looking for.

My 2 1/2 year old grandson is going to flip! He's totally in love with guitars and ukuleles. He has a uke and will probably start lessons when he turns 3. So, I saw these and had to get them I think his 3rd birthday party will be a guitar theme and using this mold we can make cake & cupcake decorations as well as ice cubes.So this is a small silicone mold which can be used for both hot and cold items. It's very cute and can be used to make 10 guitar shaped items (2 each of 5 different guitar shapes.). It's very inexpensive and I think will be the hit of the party

I have not made chocolate in molds like this, so I wanted to give it a try. I play guitar and like the idea of making batches of chocolate in these assorted guitar shapes. The mold was packaged in a basic plastic wrap, and is as generic as they come: that is, there is no information on the brand or seller. I did not expect any recipes but if the seller wants to differentiate the product, a small sheet with a basic chocolate mold recipe would be helpful. The material seems to be a common silicone, which means it can be microwaved or placed in a freezer. But it is not oven proof.It is also thin and care should be taken not to use sharp utensils on it.

I'm part of a resin crafting group for my local brewery and one of the owners is also an instrument repair guy - with guitars as his passion! This one was definitely for him! Because they're pairs, they're perfect for earrings! We just started playing with chameleon flakes and inks so the effects on the guitars come out looking super psychedelic!

This silicone guitar mold is pretty awesome. It's got 5 different guitar shapes and it'll work for making some guitar ice "cubes" for your rockstar juice, or an arts and crafts project. The only complaint I have about this product is that there's no runoff protection. So when you fill the molds up, if you overfill by any little bit, you will be spilling. Otherwise, it's a great product.
