I was a little hesitant because the flaps are on the long side, not the short that the boxes open from. It does make it so you have to remove the whole box to take the game out. But I am glad I bought these. They are really clear, you can see the box as if nothing is there. Even with that they feel sturdy and thick. My box feels well protected. The box slide in perfectly. No excess wiggle room, but no forcing it in either, just a perfect fit. Great product, highly recommend

The product description says "...Our extra strong UV & Scratch Resistant PET Plastic N64 & SNES Video Game Protectors will allow you to Stack, Store & Show-off your Nintendo SNES/N64 Game collection with pride."While they do protect boxes from shelf wear and handling scuffs, they do not actually filter any UV light. I measured with a simple UV tester and basically do nothing to protect from UV.Otherwise, they're actually quite decent. The fit is perfect, not too tight or too loose - the games slide in without any compression or dragging, yet they don't shake around at all. It really is a perfect fit. The material is crystal clear (once you remove the protective film from each), and the closure tab keeps the flaps from lifting. And the creases make folding the edges an easy task, with no bulging or bending off the line.Unfortunately, the whole point was being able to put some of my more expensive games on display, and without UV protection it's just not worth the risk. If you have control of the light sources in your game room, these will serve you well. But if you have lots of direct natural light, I'd upgrade to a better case.

The quality of the protectors is pretty good, the size is EXACTLY the size of the N64/SNES box - some will like it and some might want a bit more room, I presonally find it okay, it might be a bit harder to get the game out but it's really not that hard and it looks good on the shelf.I also used it on the cardboard boxes of Genesis and 32X games, the height is almost the same but it's a bit thicker so it takes more room, still not bad and it protects them well.Also, note that some protectors open on the shorter sides and some on the longer ones, this one opens at the longer sides which means that on each longer side there's a small clear tab - doesn't really bother me, either way there's one short side which is perfectly clean which is great if that's the side you're using the display your games.

Great product make old boxes look like new. Pretty strong definitely buy again. Easy to use make sure you take the plastic wrap off first.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Thick plastic that is UV and scratch resistant. It is a snug fit and opens from the top. Will use for all my collection.

The product arrived on time, but when I opened the packaging the protectors appeared to be bent. After assembling one and putting my game in, the protector fits like a glove and looks perfect! The plastic the case is made out of at first looked like it would be a pain to assemble but all places that needed to be folded stayed bent and looks like it should protect my game well.The pictures show the product before its assembled (Notice the bend) and then after its assembled with a game inside, and a picture of the corners and back to show how clear your game is displayed/how well the product folds
