Everything is in millimeters and converting. It is just a nightmare if you’re gonna sell products in the US at least give people the proper instructions.. and even mounting them is a difficult, very unstable

SUGGESTIONIf you are installing new drawers, and you have at least 1/2" clearance on both sides, I highly recommend considering SIDE mounts - they are MUCH easier to install. In my case, I did not have that clearance, and I bought these to replace the existing hardware which had failed. (FYI: The point of failure was the clip which is mounted towards the face of the drawer on the underside. The original was made of plastic - similar to the ones included in this unit).SUMMARYMy rating is based on the following: poor design making installation difficult, no provided instructions until requested and finally, even when instructions are provided, of little to no use. Have included a few pics to help visualize the components I'm writing about. Elements of poor design making installation a challenge:1. Alignment of backside and frontside of drawer to respective points of fixture (hooks in the back, clips in the front).2. Slide mounts require holes to be drilled in the back of the cabinet. This can be challenging to do as working inside of a space where a drawer is supposed to go is not easy. The mounts have to be screwed in, which is necessary...designing them so that drilling holes is required - yeah, not good.DETAILSFirst of all, these come with no instructions - just a cryptic engineering diagram that is pretty useless. I contacted the seller and upon request they sent me some detailed instructions. Unfortunately those instructions didn't really help. Here's reason #1 the design makes the installation a BIG challenge: there is no provided way to line up how the back of the drawer is fixed with how the front of the drawer is fixed to the slide.Back Alignment:In the back, the slides have a "hook" that is supposed to go into a hole one has drilled into the backside of the drawer. The challenge is that the only way to know exactly where that hook will be on the backside of one's drawer is to install the left and right slides into the cabinet, and then measure the distance, and transpose that to the backside of the drawer. Not impossible, but not template exists for this measurement because everyone's drawer may be a different width! So, you better be precise in making that measurement!Front alignment:This is the really tricky part! Once the backside is aligned, one would think this is a piece of cake! Not so. Because the front-side hardware are clips...you have to "clip" them on to the slide, and then place the drawer so its backside is in the hooks (where it will ultimately land). Then, you have to mark the place where the clips are and then install the clips. In order to make this mark, the drawer should be in the installed position (within your cabinet), or as close to as possible. Doing that with any drawer is a challenge (to mark, while it is in position but not yet fixed). The hard part in my case was: this is a bottom drawer...I had about 2" of clearance to work underneath and make the marking correct. Oh, and in order to make this marking, the drawer CANNOT be pushed all the way in. Why does that matter? Well because how else will you make sure the front of the drawer is aligned and evenly covering the cabinet frame? In the end, I ended up taking the slides out of the cabinet (after having installed them once), and making this marking while the drawer was NOT in its cabinet space. What's the danger with this approach? Well you lose the fixed width where your hooks will be...so you have to just guess on the 1/4" to 1/2" clearance of where you think the slides will be vis-a-vis the drawer. All in all, just TOO many variables in 3 dimensions to line up. I got mine installed, but the front of the drawer leaves a gap and exposes the frame of the cabinet. :/Reason #2The slides which are fixed inside your cabinet come with a plastic clip that is mounted to the back wall of one's cabinet. They have designed this piece in such a manner that one has to drill holes for it to sit flush on the wall, whereupon it is mounted with ordinary screws. I suppose this is to give the drawer it's weight rating of 35 lbs...but here's the challenge: just imagine drilling a hole that has to be exactly 1/4" in depth. If your cabinet is up against a wall maybe you don't care and will drill a hole all the way through as it won't be seen. But if your drawer is...say in a kitchen island where the backside is exposed...good luck. Yes, I will now be patching those holes and trying to paint match. My wife is already like wtf. One could simply ignore those backside clips as they are for the slides, and if your slides are already well secured from the side these may not be necessary. I chose not to do that as I was trying to follow the intended design and thought they should be in place. If you look at the first picture, you can see the clip towards the back of the slide up against the wall of the cabinet.

our kitchen drawers use an older DTC 533 slider that I have been unable to find here. these sliders were an easy replacement. they lock differently to the drawer than the DTC units but otherwise were simlle to install.

The 10 pack of hardware took a while to arrive (4 weeks), but, they did perform as expected.I was worried that the heavy box would have damaged the rails, in fact, all was good. There is a healthy coating of oil on the rails, and that is OK, as long as I have rag in hand. Once installed, and they slide very smooth.

I used this to replace a soft close that had some parts missing (I accidentally tossed?) for a new RTA cabinet. This was the same exact match. The guides are a good heavy quality metal. The directions are basic and could be more detailed for some but I already knew how it installed. These do need space underneath the drawer to attach or otherwise you might need the side attachment soft close hardware. Therefore, check your cabinets. If you have an older style cabinet it may not work. This worked really well for me and I had it installed in 10 minutes and the cabinet drawer works well now.

Customer wanted new drawer boxes with undermount slides and didn't want to spend the money on Blum's, so thought I'd give these a try. First, they arrived pretty beat up and one set of the slides has a bent upright which I'll have to try to bend back to use, but luckily I only needed the other 4 (bought a 5-pack) for the job.The instructions are horrible and in metric. Luckily I found a good YouTube from Bourbon Moth Woodworking that went over the installation. Once you know the tricks, they are very easy to install. In the end they worked great and close very nice.

A very nice product. I found the instructions mostly confusing and really not worth the effort to figure out. Being in construction and familiar with basic woodworking I found them very easy to figure out and to take the proper measurements. They work very smooth, the soft close works great and in my opinion a very good value for the money.

Good quality slides for the price. Look exactly the same as CHS slides, minus the plastic back piece (chs has metal brackets). I've used these in several cabinets over the past few years and have had no issues so far. Comes complete with back brackets, slides, locking devices and screws to install.Double check the order quantity you pick. I think the item wording was off at one point. There was a listing for 20pair of slides. I ordered the 20 pair but received 10. Amazon's return policy only let's you return and resend the order. So instead of just sending 10 more, I had to return the first pack and ended up with another 10 pack replacement (still not the full 20). Contacted the seller and they fulfilled the order promptly with no problems.
