they break very easily the handles and the inserts, we use to scrape glaze and icing from donuts on counter tops and peel stickers from stainless steel counter and products as to not leave scratches which is why we need plastic scrapers instead of metal or razor blades, they do work just break extremely easy so go thru the handles and inserts way quicker than should be.
