1. The substrate: quartz glass. The size of the substrate is 6mm ╳ 12mm ╳ 0.5mm.
2. The conductor layer structure: Ti/Au, the thickness are 30nm and 100nm respectively.
3. Line Width: 30μm; Line Space: 30μm; Finger Length: 3700μm; Number of interdigitate pairs : 35(70 fingers).
4. The suitable temperature for using is from - 100 degrees Celsius to +500 degrees Celsius.
5. The electrode has large pads, so operation is easy.
