Excellent quality and function. I have low vision so following the fertilizer instructions was unclear. ml are for measuring liquids the additives were solids. As a former chemist I was confused at first. Lettuce is up! Spinach and parsley are to follow. I have one to our adult son. Great gift for adults and for children with adult supervision.

I am very happy with this but it turns off on its own at least once a day.cant have that cuz the water pump cant stop. Other than that love it so far

I live in a studio apartment in the city, so gardening is not really accessible to me. A tiny pack of herbs from the store costs $3-5, so I just don't use a lot of fresh herbs in my cooking. This is super compact, will fit perfectly by my kitchen window without taking up much space, and comes with everything you need to start an herb or vegetable garden (apart from the seeds). The instructions are clear and it even comes with fertilizer, which I was not expecting. Overall great value for the price! Excited to upgrade my lifestyle with this :)

We got this the other day in the mail. I got it for my wife since she has been wanting one. The light is super bright and it will be great for herbs! Will need to get the actual plants for it in the next few days after reading the instructions. So far the quality of the product is great and it seems to work as it should. I would really reccomend this to anyone wanting to grow plants at home and have fresh items.

I purchased this system, and less than a week, the light function stopped working. The light only stays on one setting and will not go off or dim which is important for the germinating process. I like this item, however I will be purchasing another one of better quality. You get what you pay for.
