I bought these when my 10" Rockford subs dry rotted over the past 17 years and literally blew apart. Once done, they were good as new. Preparation needs to be done carefully, using a razor blade to remove old material from the metal surrounds, and carefully removing the old material from the cones (I used a finger nail to scrape it off), but once done, these are easy to install. Just take your time and know the brush is for one time use. For me, it was a 3.5 night process, removing the old stuff during the first 2 nights and then installing the new surrounds on night 3, with the 4th night just doing touch ups. On day 5, I reinstalled everything and was back to thumping again. This kit beats spending $4-500 on new Rockford 10" subs for sure!

The material is Good, but it’s too thin for a subwoofer edge replacement. Because the one I had to take out of my original subwoofer was way more thicker than, this one. But like I said material is good, so maybe it will work for others.

Product seemed good but didn't fit my Rockford 10 inch. External diameter was an exact match but the surround is too narrow as it nearly touched cone, no space to glue them together.

Kit worked quite well too bad my voice coils are damaged. Some songs sound phenomenal others just vibrates but that is not the fault of these. Great kit.

This stuff works had my old subs foam damage replace it with this one and it turn out to a good foam and stronger quality than original
