Quality of material 5 stars!! It’s all great pieces they send.Location of holes 2 stars (at least for my snowblower) I ended up being able to use one of the holes and had to drill through that metal plate which is really thick. Snapped one drill bit. I have an older Ariens snowblower. Also needed to cut the rubber to make it fit.Installing would be 1 Star because it’s a pain in the a**. THAT IS NOT THE PRODUCTS FAULT THOUGH.Throwing snow 6 stars!! My face said it all on the first time I ran the blower after these were installed lol. I was cracking up like a little kid. It was throwing snow sometimes 30 feet. I was able to run the blower next to the vehicles and throw the snow over them into the yard. It was truly worth ever hour spent installing! Hopefully these last a long time because I never want to do it again lol.4 stars overall just because I really didn’t like where the holes were located. It might work good for others.

I installed this on an Ariens ST5520E (predator 212 swap) and it completely changed the snowblower. No more clogs in heavy slushy snow and it throws twice as far. The kit is very high quality, the rubber is thick and heavy and all the hardware is stainless steel. I dont believe it is 304 stainless steel but is some sort of stainless steel and I dont see it having any problems with corrosion.This kit is definitely a must have for any snowblower!

I installed these on a Cub Cadet 3 stage snow thrower about 2 weeks ago. They appear to be of good quality. Rubber is thick and a variety of fasteners were included. My area has some lake affect snow every day and just had 2 back to back snowfalls of at least 30 cm. Wow, did this make a difference. I would say there is at least a 30% improvement in the throwing distance. Even my neighbor across the street mentioned how far my snow thrower throws the snow. Once your machine is no longer under warranty I would recommend putting this onto your machine.

So far have only used once after a six inch snowfall that was a dry and fluffy snow. They worked well. Installation on my curved Ariens snow blower impellers was a bit tricky, but got easier as I figured out the best routine on the impellers. I cut to size and drilled one hole first and attached with the bolt. Then I drilled the second hole and bolted it down.

I can’t say if there’s would rust long term or not. But having a lot of exp with fasteners and rubber parts etc they seemed of decent quality. However I got nervous and didn’t want to drill into a snowblower that had been doing its job for almost 40 years. I was unsure if it would put added stress to the motor or gears. So I sent it back. But a lot of people love this upgrade.

This kit contains only stainless steel metal parts. I ordered another "stainless steel" kit and the difference in the steel was obvious. This kit is the real deal.Also, the rubber paddles in the kit are a higher quality than the other kit. There is more reinforcing threading embedded in the rubber and the rubber is thicker.Very happy with the kit.

It takes a good amount of time to layout and drill impellers. I decided to wait on this, due to cold weather. So, I’d recommend this as a summer project.
