We wanted assurance that our inverter was disconnected from coach power when traveling or doing maintenance. This leaves no doubt. Both the box and contacts are heavy duty and can handle more power than we would ever need. Contacts engage snugly. We keep this in a crawlspace and red handle makes it easy to see in dim light.

This transfer switch is pretty heavy. It's 14.5" tall, 7" wide (9.5" counting the switch handle) and 5.5" deep. There are four knockouts on it, three 2" (for 1.5 inch fittings) on both sides and the bottom and then another 1.5" (for 1.25" fittings) on the bottom. Internal contacts seem to be constructed in a safe and solid fashion. It comes with a neutral/ground bonding screw if needed (usual not) and a fold out locking tab to keep the box locked. I am planning on installing this on a 100 amp feed going to a pole barn and will report back once installed!

Worked perfectly for our generator transfer application on our home. Placed it in our garage along with a sub panel and generator bypass plug to complete our project. The case is well made with quality steel and the internals are decent grade. Should hold up just fine for a 30 amp connection. Easy lockable throw switch with orange knob that is easy to see even in dim light.

Elecpulway 100 Amp Generator Transfer Switch, Manual Transfer Switch 120/240-Volt, 24000W Double-Throw Safety Switch for Indoor and Outdoor Use. This arrived well packaged in its own box inside of an Amazon box within 4 days of placing the order. We need this to be able to use our generator for the house in case of a power outage. It is well constructed and we like the orange switch which is easy to see even when its dark. We had an electrician install it and it works perfectly.

Decent item. Had to hole saw a hole because I needed two 1 1/2. I had to bend the throw bar so it could engage properly. Works for my needs.... oh yeah, I had to add a ground bus.

This is a well constructed transfer switch. It's heavy. It's solid. The handle moves solidly between positions so there is no guessing what source you're using. The terminals are flexible enough to take almost any gauge - and certainly anything under 100A. The design is simple smart with no thrills
