I was finally able to contact the company directly (Amazon was no help during the COVID crisis....couldn't reach anyone). They were very gracious and sent me a new lamp. If you have switch issues, I suggest you contact the company directly....they will work with you and are happy to help. So happy with my new salt lamp!

Stop working. There were 3 steps different brightest. One of them stop like almost right way. Like a week ago the whole lump stop working. Was just touchable and you can change the brightness and to turn on or off. Is big and heavy. I don’t recommend for gift because if is working for less then two months, not good for giving as a gift.
