I like the thickness of the foils and the fact that they are silver on one side and gold on the other; I can alter the color for batches of the truffles I make.

I bought these to use to wrap molded chocolates for a rainbow cake. When I started wrapping, the pieces of foil were way to thick to fold well around the chocolate coins. Then I realized I was using more than one sheet. And not just one more. I was actually using three at a time! Once I figured that our, these were perfect to wrap the chocolates.
