This is a very nice quality recipe card set. I love that it comes with the plastic protectors because we all know cooking is messy business and it's easy to accidentally ruin a recipe. The cards are heavy weight and the protectors fit perfectly and really do keep them in good shape. My only complaint is that the cards are a bit glossy so they have a glare in certain lighting. I also had trouble getting my normal pens to write well on them because of this which isn't a huge deal but worth noting. Overall, great for the price just be aware that normal pens may not write well on them and you may have to deal with glare.

I love that these come with slips to put them into to prevent splatters, thick nice cards, not printer paper over here! Keeping physical recipes is such a treasure and treat in modern day, I can't wait to share my faves with family and friends in a more meaningful way than a texted link!

These are thick, heavy card-stock recipe cards. I made the mistake of purchasing some recipe cards at the dollar store that were a complete waste. You could see the writing on one-side through the other. You will not have that problem with these cards. They are thick, heavyweight cards. I love the simple design. They aren't cluttered or vintage looking. They are very modern looking. The included recipe sleeves are great for keeping the cards clean and smudge free.

super cute vantage recipe cards. Great quality and design, I love that they are double sided so there's plenty of room for writing directions. Each card comes with clear slip covers to protect your favorite recipes to be handed down generations!

I'm quite happy with these recipe cards and their slip covers that protect them from accidental food stains. When I first started writing down recipes I liked, the cards were flimsy 3x5. These cards are a good card stock and at 4x6 are a much better size. I got the Vintage design and like that they have boxes to check off what meal period that best suits.I appreciate the slip covers that will keep the recipes clean and legible. Only thing I would like different is that they not be as glossy as they are. I'll need to use a Bic type pen and not the G-2 that I like as the ink will smear on these cards as I write.

I have never seen recipe cards like this, in a good way. Normally I buy regular weight 4x6 white cards I get from my office supply store. This time I thought I'd try a pre-printed card with a minimalist design. I like this card design because it has space for both the ingredient list and the directions on the front side, with extra lines for directions on the back side. The surprising feature is that the cards are thick with and a polished surface (on both sides) that remind me of the cardboard box that Hostess cupcakes come in. I could use a pencil but I think a ballpoint pen would work better on this surface. The plastic sleeves are a bonus but I don't think I'll use them. When I cook, I put my recipe card in an acrylic photo holder.

I like the thickness of the cards. Also they are big enough to write down recipes. At first, I was a little disappointed at the plastic protectors. They are like thin plastic cookie wrappers. But with the recipe cards inserted in the protectors, they look nice. The protectors fit the recipe cards nicely. Also the protectors will prevent the recipe cards getting wet. So I don't have to be too careful around them when I leave the cards on my kitchen countertop. Note: there's no closing on the protectors where you insert the cards. So the cards still can get wet through the opening. But with the price point, I think these are decent products.
