This is a great product! It was fantastic for my travel bird backpack. I needed something to hang toys for a 2 day trip while I drove from Ohio to Florida during a move and these were perfect. They’re strong, really nice bright colors and there are so many of them! I’m still using them in the permanent cage.

These clips or links ( can't remember right now what the exact word used ) are so hard and inflexible they are useless. I bought them for the purpose of securing bird cage doors and hanging toys in the cage but one would have to break them if needed to get into the cage in a hurry. So brittle when trying to put a few together they just snapped into peices. Will be visiting a craft or hardware store for a replacement. Also when it snaps the edges are so sharp it sliced my finger open !

As they are advertised as being suitable for parrots, I fully expected the links were made of coloured acrylics. They are not.They are white plastic which has been painted various colours and could pose the risk of some birds ingesting paint chips. I would not recommend for medium or large bird species.

I got these to replace some of the metal chains in my quaker's cage. Hard to run out of uses for them! They're safe, very pretty, sturdy -- my bird loves 'em!
