All the items looked well made with no visible marring or burrs. The ones I put into use have gone on smoothly and only needed the expected force to tighten into position.

These nuts fit the sales description 100%. The finish is burr free and the nylon inserts hold fast 0n the fine threads of M3 screws which make these perfect for use where there is vibration and the use of thread locker not desireable. They appear to have a low profile and even with the nylon insert they are not thicker than standard nuts. The black oxide finish is consistent and functions well where applications require color.

I wasn't sure if I would get what is pictured but they are. The lock washer inside the nut is definitely black as well. I don't know longevity of carbon vs stainless steel with black finish but since it comes with so many I'll replace as needed. The nuts are smaller than the silver ones I'm replacing but it could be that stainless steel may need to be beefier than carbon.

There is not a whole lot to say about hardware when things are made well such as these M6 nuts. The finish and threads are without flaw and I expect these to perform exactly how they are intended. I suggest you do your own due diligence as far as cost versus value or usefulness, but for me, I am happy with my order and I hope this was helpful. ✔️ Thanks!.
