The 1012722 transformer is obsolete. It has been replaced by a 1011626, which is what arrived in the box. I was nearly ready to return it for being the wrong part. Fortunately, I looked at a different distributor's website that explained that this is indeed the correct replacement part. I wish that this had been explained in the product description.Also, the box that arrived was in terrible shape. They had sent it inside a bubble mailer and it was very beat up. The good news is that the part inside was undamaged.All that being said, the new transformer successfully fixed my furnace issue. The noisy buzz that was always on during fan operation was drastically reduced. It was also easy to remove the old part and install the new one. It fits perfectly in the space and it was just a matter of putting the colored wires of the new one in the same locations as the old one. So overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

The old transformer on the furnace had developed a loud buzzing sound. Because the orginal transformer was almost 20 yrs old, I decided it was best to just replace it rather than try to repair it. This unit fixed the buzz and is an exact OEM-fit component.

The transformer I replace this with was humming and very annoying. This new one is nice and quiet. I was worried because the seller shipped it in a package that was completely destroyed when It got here but it works fine so it’s all good. I attached a picture of the package it came in. The crushed box inside of the package. And the old transformer next to the new transformer.

Good replacement Transformer for your home furnace. Easy to install, but 1) Turn off the power to your furnace 2) Don't touch the Capacitor (large circular type device shaped somewhat like a big double D battery and 3) Check your wiring diagram before proceeding. Saved a $200 service call. Arrived within 2 days.Good luck.
