Well made metal spoon which seems to be just the right amount for one of my 15” pizza pies. Only gotTo use it once so far but it’s definitely an upgrade from using a soup spoon. It’s a good weight for the value and does not feel cheap. Very sturdy and easy to use.

I don't know if this is essential, but it makes me look like a pro! I make backyard pizza most weekends, so this gets a lot of use. It is a well-made, stainless steel cup with a long handle. The flat bottom offers a definite improvement over a curved spoon in terms of evenly spreading the sauce, and the cup makes it easy to get a good amount of sauce in one go.
