Pneumatic Fluid Extractor and Dispenser Tool

YSTOOL fluid oil change system includes 10L container with pump assembly, 3PCS dipstick tubes and 15PCS ATF filler adapters, is an ideal two-way extractor and dispenser for most fluids. Pneumatic operation increases the extraction and dispense efficiency, convenient and safe.

• 3.Operate in a dry and ventilated place away from the fire sources
• 4.If the fluid is absorbed or drained slowly after repeated use, check the small blue cap on the nut and shorten the thread of the cap to restore the circulation speed
• 5.If the operation is not smooth, please carefully check the sealing of each part but not try to open the black cover.

Change Motor Oil for Crankcase (OR Change Fluid for Transmission Case and Differential)

• 1.Park the vehicle on a flat ground, make sure that the vehicle transmission is in the "neutral" or "parking" position, and step on the parking brake.
• 2.Start the engine. Let the engine idle until it reaches normal operating temperature. Once completed, shut down the engine.
• 3.Remove the engine oil dipstick for changing motor oil (OR Remove the transmission fluid dipstick or fill plug for changing transmission fluid).
• 4.Select a suitable diameter dipstick tube and insert it into the dipstick hole, move the tube in the dipstick tube up and down to ensure it was getting to the bottom.
• 5.Connect the dipstick tube, the main hose, the pump assembly, the two-way air compressor, make sure all the parts are well connected without leakage, and close all the valves.
• 6.Place the blue screw valve and the air inlet ball valve on "EXTRACT", remember to keep the both valves consistent. Open the air compressor (choose vacuumize function), handle trigger, and ball valve on the main tube, lock the handle trigger to extract the oil or fluid from engine.
• 7.Once all the oil or fluid is extracted, close all valves, take out the dipstick tube from engine oil dipstick (OR transmission fluid dipstick or fill plug) and insert it into waste oil tank. Place the blue screw valve and the air inlet ball valve on "DISPENSE", remember to keep the both valves. Open the air compressor (choose pressurize function), handle trigger, and ball valve on the main tube, lock the handle trigger to dispense the waste oil or fluid. Observe the pressure gauge and keep the pressure under control.
• 8.Extract clean solvent or engine degreaser to rinse out the reservoir tank and dispense it out to waste liquid tank. Allow it to dry thoroughly.
• 9.Then extract new motor oil (OR transmission fluid) and dispense it into engine crankcase (OR transmission) until the desired level.
• 10.Follow your vehicle's operating instructions to circulate the new oil and then re-check the level

Please note:

• 1.Fluid temperature range : -3°F ~ 140°F
• 2.While change the coolant, make sure the engine is cool, to prevent the hot coolant from spraying and scalding
• 3.This kit can be used for any insertable pipe or tank to change non-corrosive and low-consistency liquids, such as engine oil, transmission fluid, differential fluid, transfer case fluid, gear oil, power steering fluid, coolant, water in vehicle, jet ski, lawn mower or other small engine. Do not use for corrosive liquids to avoid corrosion of parts. It is recommended to use our brake bleeder kit B08BFV4TZ4 or B08CR7KG9H to replace the brake fluid
• 4.While use ATF adapters to change the transmission fluid, you need to lift the vehicle and drain the old transmission fluid from the drain plug on the transmission pan, then add the new transmission fluid from the fill plug or drain plug.
