I use the 40 grit for trimming horse and goat hooves with my 3 inch Bosch battery grinder.

I love these little discs, four stars because they don't last long enough. They don't work well if one doesn't have a heavy duty die grinder with lots of RPM, don't waste your time with these if you have a cheap, low quality die grinder.

I have been extremely impressed with these small flap discs. They fit perfectly on the mandrel for my angle die grinder. I have used them to clean up a number of flat ground areas as well as bevel redi-rod to allow for easier threading as well as some tight corner work before welding. These flap discs have really impressed me! The edge seems very strong as there is no fraying and I have done a significant amount of grinding with just the single disc! They are the perfect size to touch up small areas without the need to pull out the full size grinder. Great size between the Dremel and full size grinder.Overall, These discs have impressed me with their structural integrity and durability. I will definitely be purchasing these again when I need them!

I had some body work to do on the lower portion of a quarter panel and in behind a fender flare. I didn't want to pull the entire flare off to do this small job. With this mini disk on my die grinder I was able to get in behind the fender flare just enough to get the rust and will only need to reapply a small amount of adhesive to stick the fender flare back on.These 60 grit disks are aggressive which worked well for my use case as I wanted to get all the rust out, I went back over the areas I could with a palm sander, applied a bit of spot pudy to any low spots then block sanded the area before paint.I would not have been able to do this job with a typical 4 or 5" flap disk on a grinder as I would not have had enough control. The die grinder gives me mush more control.I even ground through rubberized rocker guard and it didn't plug up the disk that much which really surprised me.
