What a cool gadget! These clamp around a regular taper candle and literally snuff it out at the point where it’s set.These can be adjusted on a candle to the point where they will allow it to burn for a while then safely extinguish the taper. The cute little shell snaps over the flame and pop, out it goes.I wish I had known about these before. I don’t often burn my long tapers and this will make it so much nicer knowing they will safely go out. The little springs are definitely strong enough to do the job.This is a great set. These would be a nice little gift for a candle lover with a nice set of tapers of course!

These little snuffers are not adjustable to size of candle. They are flimsy & came bent up with one broken.

I searched for these for several years having seen them years ago. They are amazing and look so pretty on my taper candles! So glad Amazon comes through with the unusual, lovely, & useful!
