If it says Eagle Claw on the description it should be that brand made in USA. NOT china

I picked these hooks up for catfishing, mostly for channel cats as I got the 7/0 size. These hooks are very sharp and looked to be chemically sharped. None of the points are rolled over or blunt as you sometimes get with cheaper hooks. The wire is quite thick, thicker than I was hoping for actually. For channel cats I like the wire gauge to be a little thinner to help with hook penetration, but they should still work just fine. They would be great flathead or blue cat hooks in the 8/0 and up sizes. The eyes are all closed perfectly. I will still be using these though as they are the perfect size other than wire gauge. They are very sturdy and will definitely never bend on a fish or a rock for that matter.The description states these are Eagle Claw hooks, but there is nothing on the bag that states that unless it's in the Chinese letters everywhere. The brand is actually Proberos Fishing Tackle, but honestly I think these are higher quality than most of the Eagle Claw brand circle hooks I've tried. I'm happy with these hooks and can't wait to use them!
