I received these 2sc2166 RF power transistors. They sort of look ok with the correct part number stamped on them but when installed into the circuit and powered on, it smoked in under 5 seconds. I tested the second transistor before installing and it tested ok except the hfe gain was way too high, double what the spec sheet calls for which indicates these transistors are not 2sc2166. I went ahead and Installed it and it also smoked. I don't have the time for this. These 2sc2166 transistors may be ok for DC but they will not work for RF.
