These voltage regulators are either mislabled, defective, or both. I tried searching for the text printed on them "jm22rp" and found next to no results, the ones I did find all described experiences similar to mine and the other reviewers here. Incorrect output voltage, high draw, and extreme heat buildup. My component tester also did not like them. DO NOT BUY

after finishing 3 of mu pcb i did some testing and found out for no apparent reason the 3.3V regulator was getting extremely hot, after 2 days of testing my circuit i decided to test one of these regulators out of my board and them found out that the 30 parts i ordered all had the same malfunction compared to the same part from other supplier, 0.9V instead of 3.3V and getting extraordinary hot without load or other parts connected, barely connected to a 5V input for test purporse, do not recommend

I had the same problems, not regulating and overheating. Still evaluating whether I missed something in the specifications. I know the load is not the problem in testing with high impedance simulated loads.
