It is very very very diffcult to put on the tire. Heating the tire in boiling water makes no difference whatsoever. The trick is to open the motor as its most likely screwed on one side and then use a pair of C clamps to force the two parts together. Use a screw or a metal part to ensure that the holes are aligned. You will have to move the clamps around a couple of times but eventually you will be able to do it. don't give up. Its a ONE man job if you use C clamps, Don't work hard work smart.
