Purchased due to weeping handle-to-hose ball end but didn't end up using it (yet). Upon arrival, understood how the seal is made within the handle end, turned over the existing o-ring, applied a little silicone grease, and reassembled. No leak. However, I'll keep this in case the original hose springs some sort of leak or otherwise breaks. It appears as sturdy as the current hose.

So I am a professional plumber and normally go to the manufacturer for replacement parts, but after waiting for 2 months for a replacement hose from Kohler and them giving me the run around over and over I decided to purchase this from Amazon and itโs a perfect replacement for the hose and in reality itโs better made than the hose I replaced. So if you are in need of this type of hose I would highly recommend it. Who knows maybe someday manufacturers will start taking care of their customers again! At least we can hope.
