They work but they aren’t a true 5/16. I’ve used every name brand 5/16 and they fit the screws we buy in bulk but these are loose. That being said, they’re also tight enough to work so, not perfect but not too bad.

Works as they should, I’ve had several of this exact same set (several different manufacturers or distributors but the contents, blow mold case, and packaging look exactly the same) and they all seem to have the same problem with the magnet inset in the head falling out. Usually you can go back to the last screw you drove in and the magnet is setting on top of the head. Put a dap of superglue in the hole and put the magnet back in. Still giving it 5 stars for the price and they do last quite a while even with constant use. I put up a red iron wall with the 5/16” and it isn’t even showing wear yet. You can buy a set for what a single name brand nut driver at a box store will usually cost.

I use these a lot on HVAC screws. Once they get cacked up with metal shaving from those cheap quality screws you have to toss them. No point in spending a bunch on a disposable item. At this price point, these are a deal and work perfect. They fit good and the magnet is really strong. I'd recommend them to people that use a lot of them.
