YOu get three folios with acrylic patterns, each for a patchwork block. There are instructions for cutting and assembling in each. YOu will need to remove the protective film from the templates. The templates are very nice.

I was really excited about these but when received only one wasn't broken even cardboard and patterns couldn't be ready very well guess lost money

Iv always wanted to make the super detailed quilts. Found some instructions on line, but this is so much more helpful. The directions and patterns are easy to follow. The templates are super durable, not flimsy. There are even some on the back of the instructions cards you can cut out for more ways to make quilts.
