Quality seems fine. Doesn't fit JBL woofer that is glued from rear. ID is too large to fit front of cone.

This repair kit is not suitable for the JBL 128H-1 (JBL 4410, 4412, L100) because it has a larger diameter than the original.

I have a pair of three-way 12” JBL L166 stereo speakers that I bought fifty years ago. Every 17 years, almost on cue, the foam disintegrated. I’ve had them re-coned twice, but this time they said it would be $130 each. So I decided to give this a try. The existing cones were perfectly good; it was just the foam that was bad. I was a little nervous about doing this myself. But I simply followed the directions carefully, and I couldn’t be any more pleased with the results. The rings fit perfectly, and the glue in this kit is great. It gives you enough time to position the rings, but not so much that you have to hold them forever. Now I'm good for another 17 years.
