THE MIDDLE NOTCH DESIGN
This is the unique design we brought to this spoon - The slot in the middle of the spoon can fastens the spoon on the edge of the bowl when the soup is paused to avoid the embarrassment of the spoon sliding into the soup.

The hook at the end of the spoon is designed to hold the spoon when you need to answer the phone or do something else, so you don't have to worry about coming back and seeing the spoon soaked in soup.

Spoons would always fall into the bowl and it was messy to get them back out again. Can’t happen with these spoons. Perfect design.

These are great spoons, I live in a home with clumsy people and tripping hazards, I mean pets, so I wanted a sturdy spoon but one still comfortable and that doesn't burn a mouth placed in very hot soup. These do that. They also are very comfortable in the hand and hold soup in such a way that it's easy to not spill. The hook and latch system was a bonus but one that works well with my Campbell style soup mugs, so do not worry if concerned about them working with western style bowls.

Not sure how, but a my supply of soup spoons was dwindling and I needed to get some new ones - these look striking with their two tone design and I'm glad for the hook on the end that prevents the spoon from slipping in and drowning in my soup. The hook does a much better job with this than the middle notch portion, which I so far have been unsuccessful in using, likely because most bowls I have tried using this with have fairly vertical sides. Overall a good value for the money.

These spoons look wonderful and have a nice, smooth finish. They are well balanced, easily stand on their own. Not too large. Seller is extremely responsive to any questions. I highly recommend buying from him. The recipient of this gift was extremely happy with the quality, and has used the spoons often.

Très jolies couleurs. Le crochet n'est pas très efficace par contre, mais ce sont de bonnes cuillères.
