So I brought these because the metal pieces for my dogs collars vanished. I put these ones in and tried to shock myself to see it they worked and they did not. Now a few days before I brought the rubber tips by accident because I thought they came with the metal pieces, but anyway I took those covers and replaced the ones that came with the metal part and shocked myself. That time it worked. So I will say although the metal pieces work, I shouldn’t have to buy additional parts for a product that comes with all the pieces. The plastic covers need to be changed to the rubber ones so that it’s affective. I give it 2 stars because it works, but it doesn’t work with what is provided, you have to buy other pieces.

Rubber cap fell off within 4 hours. Not fit to the contacts. Useless. These are the same vinyl caps I can get from the hardware/auto parts store. I found my dog chewing on them after less than 4 hours. The threads match and the hardware fits our petspy collar.

threaded post size is different than DogWatch collars. Does not work with Dog Watch.

One of the contact pieces fell out while my dog was outside so there was no chance in recovering it.I took a chance getting these to replace the lost one and it’s a perfect fit!10/10
