My order arrived safely and on time. It wasn't shrink wrapped but didn't appear to have warped. This summer may prove to be a different story when it's humid, but we'll see. To be fair, I haven't cut any of it with my laser yet, so this review is subject to change.

I ordered this same exact wood months ago and it cut perfectly so I reordered the exact product again and what I got is absolutely horrible! Not only is it thicker than the last box it has tons of glue pockets that don’t cut with my laser! For those of you who know about cutting wood with a laser you know how important the thickness is! I would expect to get the same product with the same thickness as all my laser files are custom to specific thicknesses! Not only did most of my pieces not cut through and had to be thrown away, the few I got to cut had to be hammered together to fit! Hours and hours and hours of laser time and I only have one finished project and a bunch of garbage pieces! I do not have time to wait for new wood to be delivered because I have orders that need to be finished in the next couple of days! Such a waste of my money and my time!

suoer thin veneers, no sanding, no fitting

The surface veneer was not glued down properly and was bubbled up on one side of the sheet, making that piece unusable. The bubble extends about halfway across the width of the sheet and about halfway down the length of the sheet on one edge. See update below!Update January 2025 - the seller reached out to me and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase. They were very courteous and gave me a partial refund to make things right. I am very satisfied with the customer service!

There is a slight warp to most of the boards. It does take engraving well and when soaked in beeswax turns a beautiful dark color. I am concerned a bit about it being brittle. Seems to be extremely dried out. I'm hoping the wax helps. Just recieved them today so it's too early to tell.Edit: I changed my review and dropped it to 2 stars. It's just too brittle. It cracks and peels extremely easily and makes it useless. Returning it. And saying the walnut covering it is thin is putting it nicely. A light sanding with 320 grit sandpaper and it's gone.
