The one I used worked but required a significantly different adjustment on the air screw from the original jet. Almost like it's too big. Inspection under a 10X ocular didn't reveal a significant difference between the jets. I may try a smaller size and see if the air screw ends up where it belongs.

I am comparing this to another kit so who knows which one is accurate.I can verify all the jet sizes are different, just for reference the jet marked as a 27.5 measures .018 of an inch so this should give you an idea the size range the whole spans. These are the 4mm thread size jets.

The one on the left is a 37.5, the middle 25, the far right (genuine Mikuni) 27.5. The 37.5 and 25 from you has exactly the same hole sizes. Actually all the ones you sent are exactly the same but different numbers on them. Even the 10 and the 37.5 are the same. Can’t tune a carb when they’re all the same. Maybe it’s a miss print I don’t know.

I have a 1991 Yamaha Moto 4 250 with a stock VM24SH Mikuni Carburetor. It has spit and sputtered in the 0 - 1/4 throttle position the 3 years I have owned it. I installed the #25 pilot jet out of this pack yesterday and am very pleased with the outcome. These jets are machined and perform flawlessly!
