Pipe nipple was too big, did not screw into the pipe threaded head of my compressor, i measured with caliper , it was .030 bigger than original,

The threaded throat of the intake melted into the head of the compressor after running it for a few minutes. This immediately sent shards of metal into the cylinder, destroying the piston seal ring and scarring the piston and sleeve. The threading of the head is now filled with this tin/zinc/aluminum that the cheap intake was made of, and the valve plate’s seals and reeds are all shot. Do not buy, this is too cheap. Save your money elsewhere. Now I have to buy a whole new compressor or rebuild the whole compressor system. I doubt Amazon will help warranty either.

Cheap construction. Poor filter fit, nothing holding the filter in place to center it in the housing. Small inlet may be too restrictive for higher CFM compressors.

Really cut the noise down. Filters are nice. The tin canister could be a little sturdier.
