About this item

  • Use with 1/2 Inch Drive/Impact Drills/Ratchet or Standard Drive Sockets or 13/16 Inch Lug Wrench

This is our newly released heavy-duty scissor jack adapter, which is thicker and sturdier than other similar products on the market. It can bear up to 2 tons of weight, making it very suitable for car repair, heavy equipment maintenance, etc. The adapter is made of high-quality steel with a black oxide coating for rust resistance and durability. It features a 3/4 inch square drive and a 1/2 inch x 20 thread, which is compatible with most scissor jacks and car lifts. The adapter has a height of 2.88 inches and a thickness of 1 inch, making it easy to use and store.

Cheap steel broke during usage. Should be bigger than 1/4.The rest is fine.

They are very useful for leveling, lifting, whatever. And being able to operate one with a drill makes it much more useful. That is what these adapters are for.

Bought this for a portable car jack and it was an easy install to the jack's control/drive attachment. This allows you to use tools that makes raising the jack faster or just easier. I highly recommend it.

Fit my stock OEM scissor jack for my 2007 Mazda 3. Seems like it would fit most universal scissor Jack's. And the 1/2" driver is a pretty standard size for ratcheting socket wrenches and impact driver bits. Once installed it improves efficiency, especially if using a power tool, dramatically. No more awkward bent bar spinning like you're sheeting in a capstan on a racing sailboat. If you've ever used the bar roadside you know what I'm talking about. If your angle is even slightly off the hook unlatches from the jack. It's incredibly frustrating.Dedicating a socket wrench to you newly modified scissor jack willensure faster recovery times and much less pain and frustration during a roadside emergency. Using a drill or impact driver is even better, but probably only available for garage work. Scissor Jack's have a place in a garage if you have a vehicle with low ground clearance. Often regular hydraulic jacks, including piston, cannot find under the side of the vehicle when the tire is completely flat. Even low profile floor jacks in many situations. However, I've always been able to fit a scissor jack under in those situations. Can make or break a repair. And this modification tool makes the scissor jack just as efficient as a hydraulic jack would be.

This VIATOOLS 1/2" Scissor Jack Adapter for Use with 1/2 Inch Drive/Impact Drills/Ratchet or Standard Drive Socket works great! It is easier to use than any bar or rod it might've came with. No complaints.
