It’s perfect for a small area. It was a quick install for my husband who has HVAC experience. It cools and heats quickly, used in a great room of approx 800sq ft. Quiet, efficient, simple to operate.

Not as powerful as I would’ve wanted it to be. It says it can cover about 750sqft I believe. But on full blast the heat jnky covers the living room and hallway area (about 300 SqFt). I should’ve anticipated this given the price. Too good to be true

Just finished installing the unit and outside unit doesn't work at all can't get any help from Amazon or buyer at all . Very very pissed. Spent over $600 and still paying for it but can't get help .

I have only had it running for one day, but it is so quiet and works great. Very happy so far with this purchase. I will see how it lasts. I installed it myself without too much problem. You will need a vacuum pump and gages to get it going, but that is not a hard part of the install. Seems to be really good for the price.

The unit works very well on startup, no issues. The outdoor unit is precharged with R32. Once the lines are installed connecting the indoor unit to the outdoor unit you will need a vacuum pump to purge the lines. You will also need vacuum gauge and hoses to connect the pump and you will need a 5/16 JIC adaptor with a valve core depressor. You will need a valve stem tool to extend the valve core depressor to the right amount to open the valve when the fitting is connected. I let the pump run a half hour, because I did not really want to just trust the gauge reading. The indoor unit is very quiet, even with the fan on high.

I have built special platform due to the 16' of pipes they didn't reached from 2-nd floor to the ground outside. This condenser standing on attached ramp is working very quiet and without vibrations so I do not hear it at whole. Inside unit is not noticeable and very quiet too.
