The holes are plated through (so they're double-sided), but they could've put a different pattern on the side they left blank. (like SOT-26, with .95mm BSC), for example. They come packaged in a dozen bags of 10ea.

For a tinkerer and harvester of chips and breadboarding with SMD enthusiast, you can't beat 4 cents an adapter when getting batches of SOT23 chips 10 at a time.These boards are simple and do the job. Pin spacing is perfect. Pad spacing is fine.I dinged them 1 star because adding pin numbers or at least a dot for pin 1 orientation would be immensely helpful after chip is mounted on the adapter. It doesn't cost more as there is already silkscreen on it.My simple solution is medium sharpy a big black dot next to pin 1.I wouldn't hesitate to buy these or similar from this seller again
