The ladder’s flexibility makes it feel safer than a rigid ladder. It’s easy enough to use and is compact for convenient storage. It’s length is great for getting up on my roof.

These have a little flex to them. But given you understand this, works well. I am a husky guy so of course it’s gonna flex. It has never slipped though, it doesn’t collapse until I pull the levers to do so. I looked at a lot of these, I am happy with this choice. I’ve had this at least 6mos, have used many times.

I've been up and down ladders my whole life this one is sturdy unless you've climbed a 40' ladder with tools,don't give this ladder bad reviews, I like it

I use this mainly for accessing our attic. We don’t have to go in the attic that often. Had been using a heavier A Frame Extension ladder. This ladder I can keep it in the closet and is easier to put up and use. It is very well structured and I have not encountered any issues while using it.

Bottom feet fall off! I did not see one come off and have lost one and have no way of contacting manufacturer for replacement.
