I got these to put in some arrows that have a .244 inside diameter. These were loose in the shaft and didn't fit like others I have used. With a little extra glue, you could make them work, but it's not ideal for me. I threw them in my box of spare stuff and could use in a pinch, but probably won't.

Yes these are lightweight but do not hold up. After a few shots, the ends start to bend and will start throwing arrows. To me a shots to realize that the tip was no longer straight with the shaft.
