My Aqueon bow front's hood light had been getting dimmer and dimmer. I thought the light was failing. Then I noticed that twisting the connector between the light cord and the power plug, the light would be a little brighter. I bought these hoping to fix the problem, and it did! I'm not sure if it was the connector or the power converter that was failing, but the light is now as bright as ever. Which is great, because you cannot buy a new hood for this tank.

I use to power LED strip lights for my hand (no Cnc) etchings and so far they are working out great.

These power supplies are working fine for my needs. My 12V devices were powered fine with the device and checking the current in my multimeter showed a little under 12V so it was as expected. I like how the switch is part of the cord as it makes some of my tools which require 12V suddenly on/off switchable while previously they would just always be on so I'd need to disconnect when not in use.They seem fine -- I'll update the review if I run into any issues down the line but so far I have had no issues with these. They seem like decent power adapters, would recommend.
