I purchased this solenoid as a replacement for my plow because the 40 year old USA made one was starting to give me trouble and this is now the replacement. Don’t waste your time on this one. I installed this and when I went to test it to make sure it works properly it made a god awful noise and would not move the plow. I double checked to make sure it was hooked up correctly, it was, and still same. Spend your money on the more expensive and heavy duty 300 amp solenoid, unfortunately it’s also made in china but at least it works right out of the box. We shall see how long it lasts.
