I’m using this transformer to power low-voltage outdoor lighting. It provides more than enough power for my current needs, and there’s even extra power left over if I expand my system in the future.The transformer is a bit bulky, but it appears to have a large heat sink. I appreciate that it’s waterproof, which simplifies the process of finding a suitable location for installation. The mounting holes/slots on the end brackets offer additional installation options. The supply power cord is a nice length, measuring around 4' 5" (excluding the plug), while the output wires are approximately 9 inches.The only feature I wish this transformer had is more than one set of output wires. Since the gauge of the wire is quite small, I would feel more comfortable adding another circuit to my outdoor lights without having to add more wires to the same wire nuts.So far, I haven’t encountered any issues with the transformer. It seems to be running efficiently and not getting hot. Overall, it appears to be a well-crafted, powerful transformer at an affordable price!

Good little power supply. Overall I do wish it had more current capability but you know exactly what you are getting as the product description is accurate. I used this to pre-test several 12V circuits and devices in a new automotive build. I used it to bench test several of the electronic items but the overall power delivery will limit you to what you can test. But if you just need a low power 12V supply, this will do the trick.

This was perfect for my garage lighting. Ran 12V DC and this was the perfect compact unit that you could put on a shelf, or mount to the wall. The wires are a perfect length, and if you need more bare wire, there's plenty. The wire coming out to power the lights is a foot long. Easy to install with color coded wires, and you just plug it into the wall. Very simple, very compact, and well built, one solid piece. Will probably buy more of these to power other 12V projects. Great value.

I'm using this as a 12v supply for low-voltage outdoor lights. It would be nice of the wire coming out of the transformer was a bit longer. Then input side (with the plug) is a good length. There are two prongs for mounting, which I plan on using to attach it to the underside of my deck.I've only been running it for one day, but so far it's good. I checked the output with a multimeter and it is accurate.

I bought this to repair a gigabit network switch that had a burnt out A-D/power distribution board. Works like a charm and the switch is back in service. Saved hundreds of dollars with the repair and didnt have to spend time configuring a new switch. Very pleased.

Product looks nice but packaging was damaged, no padding at all. Fell right out of the box.Arrived Dead on arrival with bent tabs.
