Needed a lamination machine, researched/compared features, prices and considered brand names vs not-so-well known names for the laminator best for me. This one came out on top. I’ve had it two weeks and found it works, including features, as described, is not hard to use, and it meets my needs. ITS A GOOD ONE! If you need a lamination machine, this is the one to buy.

UPDATE - Customer service to the rescue, they have sent a new machine despite being past warranty so we're excited to give it another go - but excellent customer service warranted an update to the rating. Hopefully this new machine will stand up to the demands of use by a small office.Not worth the money, couldn't keep up with the lightest of use. The roller started sucking in the paper and laminating film, we were able to free it up and repair it but the roller stopped working after just 2 sheets being put through.

This laminator is user-friendly, heats up quickly, and laminates efficiently without any wrinkles. I was pleasantly surprised by its quality. The paper trimmer works well.I appreciate that it includes a corner rounder. I would recommend this laminator, as it has a nice safety feature that automatically shuts it off if it overheats. I don't laminate large quantities at once, so I haven't experienced this issue, but it's reassuring to know it's there. Overall, it's a great value for the price and seems durable.

This laminator heats up much more quickly for use than my previous one. It is incredibly easy to operate. It comes with additional tools including a cutter, hole punch, corner cutter (a great tool), and some ring binders. There are also a considerable number of laminating sheets in various sizes. It has a sleek appearance and doesn't occupy much space. I really love that it can handle larger sizes.

* Amazon rejected my review for no valid reason, posting again *Everything works except cold laminateEverything works. Smells a bit in hot mode. Cold mode does not work properly see picture. Included a pack of sheets of 3 different sizes.
